If players are inactive (/didn't cover their fair share of their rewards) for 2 weeks without giving a reason, their spot can be freed up to make room for another player.

So if you're going on vacation, or will be less active for another reason for a while please let us know.
You can also inform me in the city chat when you see me online, I'll respond when I see the msg, but keep in mind city chat is lost after 10 messages and I may miss things there.

If you found yourself removed from the city due to inactivity, you're always welcome back if you start playing actively again of course. (If the city is full, you can always leave a msg here to let us know you'd like to rejoin)

Currently approaching city removal:
-1 free spot at the moment & I can free up a 2nd spot as Joycelina went inactive

Expected Lower Activity:
-

Hey, really sorry about being so inactive. I'm trying but I got a promotion and its taking all the free time I have. Plus Im still doing Flight Nursing on the weekends, so I dont get much service when over EU/Asia/African countries. I hoping things will settle down and ill be able to get back into the game, but its on the back burner as of now Sad

Congratulations on your promotion Fritz! =)
Great to hear you’re doing well, real life always comes first.

If you’re having trouble reaching 800 points, maybe the following is an option:
You could use the castle’s instant boost a bit more often to speed your teams up. It reduces the mission time to 15% (7-13.5mins depending on speedrunner).
You’d need around 6 runs with all heroes to cover your share of the points, so if you max speedboosted through every run it would cost you 6*135m=0.81G. And the raid rewards you can claim can be converted to around 2G gold so that covers those costs easily. With energetic teams, you could do it by checking 6 times in a 60-90 minute period that way (which you could still divide over the 3 days).

That might be an option? I’d rather not lose anyone,
But for every player that doesn’t collect 1600 points, someone else will have to cover the difference to get all the rewards unlocked for the city.
I want to keep it fair for everyone, so I’ll gladly cover for temporary busy periods & lower level players that do not have efficient teams yet, but the difference between everyone covering just their fair share of the points for their own level rewards & finishing the raid is already 16.500 points.

I want to make sure everyone in the city has the level of activity to be able to cover at least 1/25th (1600) of the raidpoints themselves in the future, and not have to rely on others raiding far beyond that. It should be around checking the game 2-3 times a day, or a bit over an hour speedboosting for each raid.

Real life always comes first, if you’re going to be so busy that covering 800 points is just too much, there are many other cities with lower or no raid requirements that would fit a casual playstyle well, and you have all the raid bp’s already.
And if you’d start playing actively again later, you could always come back again =)

Low Activity, Inactivity & City Removal Empty Re: Low Activity, Inactivity & City Removal

Post by Dessy Mon Jan 22, 2018 2:13 am

Hey Fritz,
Nice raiding this weekend! I saw your messages/question in city chat about resting & injuries, I’ll just post it here so it won’t dissapear overnight.

Upgraded quest slots are really nice indeed so heroes can start resting right away.
You could also use energetic skill equipment so heroes won’t have to rest in between quests at all anymore, unless they get injured.
With just wood & leather blueprints (Moonboots, Falcon Eye, Colored Powder, Tiamat & Moonwalkers) you can make all but 3 of the standard heroes 100% energetic. So it’s pretty easy to get and you can craft & fuse them quickly since they are all level 8-15 items.

To reduce the injury time (and normal rest time as well if your heroes aren’t energetic) the healer skill is great. It reduces the rest & injury time for a whole team by a %, and it stacks to 90% maximum. With that the injury downtime from raids can be reduced to around ~24mins.
It is harder to achieve, the first healer blueprint you’ll probably come across is the luna rod from iron chests, and the rest are from gold chests and above (or packs). So it takes a while to collect all the bp’s needed to get all your teams to 90% healer, and to craft/fuse the items since they’re much higher lvl.
For one team with decent healing without skill items, you can combine Azula (50% healer) & Oneira (25% healer) to get an easy 75%.

To reduce the amount of injuries, there’s not much you can do to avoid them aside from making sure all your heroes have enough power for the quest, if they all have green smiling faces when you send them off, it’s enough. No matter how much more power they have, they’ll still get injured, my best heroes still go down on sewer quests =P
Eventually/Theoretically, you could completely eliminate injuries, but it’s an end-game goal that will take a very long time to reach as you’d need to get to 100% revive skill on a team (replaces the need for healer). Most revive items are from rare, high lvl blueprints and a lot require mythical quality to work.

So I’d focus on energetic & adding healer items when you get the blueprints for them. In order to prevent those skill items from breaking (as they are low level), you’ll also want support items. The rule of thumb is you’ll need 7 points of support on each team to keep your items safe, if they are all <5% breakchance (legendary is 5% max).
Easiest to get support blueprints: noble plate & winged sandals (iron chest bp’s)
For one team without blueprints: Oneira+odette+louca have 7 points of support combined from their passive skills. (If you have a lot of expensive breakable gear on your heroes, you’ll probably want to work on getting support before energetic and healer).

One more option to get teams back quicker is speedrunner, a skill that reduces the quest timer if the leader has it. Kuro has 50% & Darthos 25% standard, and moonlight gauntlets (lvl 10, leather chest bp) are an easy item option to give many other leaders like Alicia 10% speedrunner as well.

...and this post just became really long.... whoops =)

Low Activity, Inactivity & City Removal Empty Re: Low Activity, Inactivity & City Removal

Post by Dessy Mon Feb 12, 2018 5:40 am

I kicked out both players that joined us earlier this week.
Both below fair share, I removed them a few hours before the raid ended.

-One never even spoke in city chat but just kept spamming city requests for primal horns. He stopped raiding after a couple hundred points on Friday.

-The other one did make an attempt at english, seemed to understand the raid minimums and said he wanted to stay, but also fell way short.
Combine that with more constant horn & gaia requests... and instead of thanking the players that filled them, he went for a grand finale of city requesting a stack of aragonites (200M+ a piece).

so.... I kicked both early to prevent anyone else from filling their requests again.

-I kicked Conrat out of the city after a day.
He responded to my city recruitment post, said he was very active and would be as self-sufficient as possible. Upon joining the city it turns out to be a  player with only 40m networth & 2.5m city investment…  far below city requirements.
I considered making an exception and tried helping him, but I couldn’t get a response other than that an expensive max lvl city was good and he didn’t need to use the buildings at all.
I made two attempts to help him and explain, both got completely ignored. Informed him it wasn’t working out and I’d rather not city kick as it would leave him unable to rejoin another city for 24-hours & that I wanted to be sure he had time to claim his raid rewards… also no reaction.
City kicked 11 hours later as the only thing he had responded to in chat was fullfilled city requests, and I’m unwilling to put in the extra effort & gold just to cover for someone that has no intention of becoming self-sufficient  and just keeps ignoring me.

-Rastlin quit playing and has been removed from the city. He lost access to his account when he changed to another phone and has been unable to restore it =(

(Rastlin, in case you'd still read this later: D3ath told us you've tried everything to get it back and gave up, and that apple support wouldn't help. Have you tried making a fresh account on your new phone and contacting Shop heroes support? They may be able to link it back to your old account. I screenshotted your info before removing you from the city, so should you need your old account info/ID later to try this, just let me know).

Post by Dessy Tue Oct 23, 2018 5:22 pm

hey Tzell,
I tried to get a hold of you several times in city chat last week when I saw you log in/invest in the buildings.
I also gave one more warning during the raid when I saw you investing in the inn, that you should make sure you cover at least 1600 points on every raid if you'd like to stay in the city.

I figured you'd be aware of "fair share" as it's in the requirements of the city recruitment post you responded to. It's 1/25th of the points needed to finish the raid to get all the rewards unlocked for the city, which is 40.000/25= 1600 points per player.
(With exceptions for a few lower level players, who's fair share is 1/25th of the points of the points needed to unlock the raid rewards they can claim at their level).

I'll send you a reinvite & I'll leave it up to you if you want to rejoin. If 1600+ every week is just too much, there are a lot of other cities out there with lower raid requirements.
If you decide to rejoin, check city chat occasionally though =P It's been very quiet lately so my first message actually stayed up for 3 days:
